A SMALL TOOL, USED WITH CARE

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026.

The service

MomentRescue is a beta photo restoration tool that uses a reference image to edit a selected person’s eye area. The current test is free, subject to usage limits and availability. We may change or pause it.

Your photos and permission

You retain your rights to uploaded photos. You grant us the limited permission needed to process them and deliver the result, including processing by our service providers. Upload only photos you own or have permission to use, and obtain permission from the people whose photos you edit. For children, obtain permission from their parent or guardian.

Responsible use

Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, exploitation, unlawful content, or misleading identity evidence. Do not evade usage limits or interfere with the service. Use it only if you can legally accept these terms.

Results and availability

AI output can be inaccurate. Review the result before using or sharing it. We cannot promise a perfect identity match or a successful edit on every photo. Keep your original: this service is not a backup or an archive.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how photos and operational data are handled, including third-party processing and retention.

Limitations

The beta is provided as available, without promises beyond those required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
